Service
POGrid provides supplier, replenishment, purchasing automation, purchase-order, merchant-alert email, supplier-email, and receiving workflows for Shopify merchants. The merchant remains responsible for supplier relationships, purchase quantities, costs, inventory decisions, and external commercial commitments.
Automations
POGrid can monitor merchant-defined purchasing rules and may prepare an internal purchase order automatically when the merchant explicitly enables that behavior. Smart Reorder sales velocity and related stock cover/order timing are estimates derived from Shopify and merchant purchasing data; returns, channel behavior, location strategy, lead-time changes, and other business conditions can affect actual demand. Safety limits and duplicate protections reduce accidental actions but do not replace merchant review of purchasing policy. POGrid does not automatically transmit a supplier order by email; external supplier email requires an explicit merchant send action.
Subscription
POGrid Pro is offered through Shopify App Pricing. The price, billing interval, and any trial are the terms shown and approved in Shopify at the time of subscription. Shopify manages subscription approval, invoicing, cancellation, and applicable billing adjustments.
Acceptable use
You may not use POGrid to violate law, interfere with Shopify or other merchants, probe the service for unauthorized access, send abusive or unlawful supplier email, or harm service availability/security.
Availability and changes
POGrid may be updated to maintain compatibility, improve reliability, or address security and platform changes. No service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, POGrid is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Merchants are responsible for validating purchasing and inventory decisions before applying them to their business.
